Hello! My name is Tanner Craun, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 6 years of experience in community mental health where I have been able to work with a large variety of different needs, and diagnoses. Because of my experience I feel comfortable working with most demographics and mental health problems. That being said, I would consider my "specialties" to be building self esteem, working on behavior change, and parenting skills. My focus is on helping people build positive beliefs about who they are, and useful skills to assist in managing the stresses and problems in their life. While I know that therapy and growth are not linear processes, I do my best to help clients learn the skills they need to be able to move on without the support of therapy in the near future. I would love to use my experience to help you build the skills needed to manage the ups and downs of life, or support your child in achieving success!
If you are interested in some extra background, some of the areas of social work that I have worked in include substance use, intake assessment, and outpatient therapy. I have a passion for community outpatient therapy because of the breadth of experience that it brings me. In spring of 2023, I made the decision to apply my skills to private practice social work. I am passionate about helping people to build the skills needed to find healing, and peace. I would love to have the opportunity to meet you and work together to build a healthy, happy life for you!
If you are struggling to find ways to create healthy change in yourself, or are a parent who would like the opportunity to support your child in building healthy life skills in a safe space, I would be the helper for you. I can't wait to partner together to help you achieve your goals!
Do you feel like you’ve outgrown parts of your past, but aren’t sure how to move forward? Are you navigating change—such as career transitions, life-altering decisions, or evolving relationships? I help clients make sense of old patterns, rediscover what matters most, and discover the courage to live in alignment with their evolving identity. You don’t need to have every answer now; together, we’ll explore what’s possible. I specialize in working with BIPOC and emerging adults who are navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and racial identity exploration.
In our work together, we might breathe, laugh, cry, release, or reflect—always at your pace, with deep respect for your intuition and autonomy. Together, we’ll explore a mix of approaches, weaving in evidence-based tools, body awareness, mindfulness, cultural perspective, and spiritual grounding in ways that feel right for you.
Life transitions, systemic pressures, and generational experiences can leave us feeling tired, unseen, or disconnected from ourselves. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate change, reclaim your voice, and step more fully into who you are. Ready when you are. Let’s begin this journey..
Hi, I’m Liz!
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make it a comfortable one. I’m here to offer a space where you can feel understood, supported, and free to just be yourself.
I’ve spent the past eight years working with youth and families to support mental health needs both in the home and within the community. Through this work, I’ve seen how meaningful change can happen when people feel heard and have the right tools and support in place. I take a person-centered approach, meaning we’ll work together to find what fits you—not a one-size-fits-all. My hope is to help you feel more grounded and regain a sense of control in your life.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space—somewhere you can show up exactly as you are without judgment. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.
Outside of therapy, you can find me chasing two toddlers, reading a book, and enjoying quiet moments with a good cup of coffee. If you’re considering starting therapy or would like to learn more, I would love to connect and explore how I can support you on your journey.
